Great Alne Park, Alcester
Rhino Precast have been employed by the Main Contractor to carry out the installation of precast floors and staircases at Great Alne Park – Maudslay Retirement Village.
The project has been commissioned by Senior Living Ltd and consists of prestigious, luxury retirement houses and apartments, as well as hotel style amenities.
Rhino Precast’s works include the installation of nearly 5,000m² of beam and block floors, nearly 2,000m² of hollowcore planks and 26T of precast staircases. This will mean that Rhino Precast will be installing the beam and block alone for 7 consecutive weeks!
